The firing pin floats in the bolt and depending on how clean the channel is that the pin rides in it will sometimes keep the firing pin from moving freely. With that info you can now go to the next show and keep buying 39A's till the funds run out. It it is not right, it hits the side of the safety notch in the frame when the bolt tries to go to the rear, and keeps it from turning.
